How to make just about ANY syrup you might need for cocktails: Simple syrup, Honey syrup, Grenadine, Cream of Coconut, Orgeat, Cinnamon, Ginger, Gomme etc.
Ingredients
Simple syrup
100 grams Sugar
100 ml Water
Rich Simple syrup
200 grams Sugar
100 ml Water
Mint syrup
10-20 Mint leaves
500 grams Sugar
500 ml Water
Boil for 10 minutes, strain
Cinnamon syrup
1-2 Cinnamon sticks (break)
300 grams Sugar
300 ml Water
Boil for 10 minutes
Vanilla syrup
1 Vanilla pod, cut lengthwise
500 grams Sugar
500 ml Water
Infuse until cooled completely
Thyme syrup
2 tablespoons Thyme leaves
200 grams Sugar
200 ml Water
Infuse until cooled completely
Gomme syrup
25 grams Gum arabic
180 ml Water
200 grams Sugar
Honey syrup
300 grams Honey
100-300 ml Water (depending on the intensity of honey flavour)
