Trailer for MORTAL KOMBAT 1 has been dropped, so I decided to make some cocktails inspired by characters from the game: Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Kitana & Reptile.
Kitana
- 1½ oz. / 45 ml Vodka
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Cranberry juice
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Peach liqueur
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
- Garnish with a couple of cocktail cherries
Scorpion
- 2 oz. / 60 ml Tequila reposado (or anejo)
- ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lime juice
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Agave syrup
- 1 Jalapeño pepper (sliced)
- Rim the glass with chili flakes
Sub-Zero Slush
- 1½ oz. / 45 ml Vodka
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Blue curacao liqueur
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Lemon juice
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
- 5-6 cubes of Ice
- Garnish with a Lemon wheel
Reptile
- 1½ oz. / 45 ml Melon liqueur
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Vodka
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Blue curacao
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
- 2 oz. / 60 ml Pineapple juice
- Garnish with Lime wedge
