Oppenheimer Martini
- 4 oz. / 120 ml Gin
- 1 teaspoon Dry Vermouth
- Honey, Lime juice to rim the glass
Oppenheimer's Elixir
- 2 oz. / 60 ml Dark rum
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Elderflower liqueur
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Demerara (or simple) syrup
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Garnish with a Lime wheel
Barbie Shop
- 1½ oz. / 45 ml Gin
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Lychee liqueur
- ½ oz. / 15 ml Raspberry liqueur
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Lime juice
- ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Simple syrup
- Egg white
- 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters on top
Citrus Barbie
- 1 oz. / 30 ml Limoncello
- ¾ oz. / 22 ml Campari
- 2 oz. / 60 ml Grapefruit soda
- Garnish with an Orange chip
