LIME CORDIAL is an indispensable element in the home bar useful for making cocktails — essentially a sour-sweet syrup. I'm using a recipe from Jeffrey Morgenthaler a well-known bartender from Portland, Oregon.
Ingredients
250 g Sugar
8 oz. / 240 ml Hot water
1½ oz. / 45 ml Lime juice
1½ oz. / 45 ml Lime peel
1 oz. / 30 ml Citric acid (I prefer using a little less — 25 ml)
