Ingredients

Aviation

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Gin
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Maraschino liqueur
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Creme de Violette
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
• Shake, cocktail glass
• Garnish with a Cocktail cherry

Paper Plane

• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Bourbon
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Aperol
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Amaro
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice
• Garnish with a Paper plane

Pan American Clipper

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Calvados (or other Apple brandy)
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lime juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Grenadine
• 2 dashes Absinthe, to rinse
• Shake, cocktail glass
• Garnish with a Lime wheel

Air Mail

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Aged rum
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
• 1-2 teaspoons Honey
• Top up with 45 ml / 1½ oz. Dry Sparkling wine
• Highball glass with ice
• Serve naked (meaning: no garnish)
