What is the most bitter drink you know? Jagermeister? Campari? Fernet? If so, you obviously haven't tried Zwack Unicum, which tastes like bitterness itself. I made 4 cocktails with Unicum, and they are actually pretty good.
Ingredients
Zwack Sour
2 oz. / 60 ml Zwack Unicum
¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice
½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
Garnish with a Lemon twist
Zwack & Soda
1½ oz. / 45 ml Zwack Unicum
½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
¾ oz. / 22 ml Lime juice
2 oz. / 60 ml Club soda
Garnish with Cucumber peel and a Mint sprig
Zwack Negroni
1 oz. / 30 ml Zwack Unicum
1 oz. / 30 ml Sweet vermouth
1 oz. / 30 ml Gin
Garnish with an Orange peel
The Emperor
1½ oz. / 45 ml Zwack Unicum
⅔ oz. / 20 ml Sweet vermouth
1 tsp Orange curacao
1 oz. / 30 ml Orange juice (optional, if you want to suffer less)
