Ingredients
Lavender Lemonade
2 oz. / 60 ml Gin (or Vodka)
1 oz. / 30 ml Lavender syrup
1 oz. / 30 ml Lemon juice
Top up with Club Soda
Shake, Highball glass with ice
Sweet Tea Smash
2 Lemon wedges
4-6 Mint leaves
1 oz. / 30 ml Tennessee whiskey
1 teaspoon / 5 ml Strega (or Fernet)
1 oz. / 30 ml Unsweetened Black Tea
1-2 teaspoons / 5-10 ml Simple syrup
Garnish with a Mint sprig
High King Highball
½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
½ oz. / 15 ml Raspberry puree (3 large raspberries)
2 oz. / 60 ml Irish whiskey matured in Calvados cask
½ oz. / 15 ml Aperol / Aperitivo
¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice
¾ oz. / 22 ml Grapefruit juice
1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
Top up with Club soda (optional)
Garnish with a Grapefruit slice (and an optional raspberry)
