Ingredients

Death in the Afternoon

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Absinthe
  • Top up with Champagne
  • Wine glass

Grateful Dead

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Vodka
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml London Dry Gin
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Light white rum
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Tequila (optional)
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Triple Sec
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Raspberry liqueur (Chambord and such)
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Simple syrup
  • Top up with 1 oz. / 30 ml Soda Water (optional)
  • Garnish with a Lime wheel
  • Shake, Sling glass with ice

Suffering Bastard

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Bourbon / Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml London Dry Gin
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Top up with Ginger beer
  • Garnish with a Mint sprig
  • Shake, Collins glass

Tradewinds Negroni

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Red Sweet Vermouth
  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Triple sec
  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Angostura btters
  • Garnish with Orange zest
  • Stir in an Old fashioned glass with ice

Fireball shooter

  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Cinnamon schnapps (1:1 Whiskey and Cinnamon syrup)
  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml White rum
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
