Tropical Coconut Pie (revised)

• Peel of 1 Lime
• 5 oz. / 150 ml Malibu
• 5 oz. / 150 ml white rum
• Blend
• 4 oz. / 120 ml Coconut water
• 3 oz. / 90 ml Lime cordial
• 10 drops Saline solution 20%

Apricot Pie

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Light Rum
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Apricot Brandy liqueur
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 1 tsp. / 5 ml Lemon juice
• 1 dash Grenadine
• Garnish with a Lemon twist
• Shake, Cocktail glass

Peach Pie

• Half of a canned peach
• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Dark Rum
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Peach liqueur
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Amaro
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime or Lemon juice
• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Rich simple syrup
• 1-2 teaspoons / 5 ml Amaretto (optional)
• 2 dashes Orange bitters
• Peach Slice for garnish
• Shake, Old fashioned glass with ice

Pumpkin Pie

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Vodka + 1 drop of vanilla extract (or use Vanilla vodka)
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Spiced rum
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Coconut milk (or Single cream)
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Pumpkin puree
• 1 oz. / 15 ml Maple syrup
• 1 oz. / 15 ml Pumpkin spice syrup
• Garnish with a strip of Pumpkin spice
• Shake, Cocktail glass

Lemon pie Deluxe

• Shaker #1: Cocktail
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Advocaat Egg liqueur
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla syrup

• Shaker #2: Foam
• 1 Egg white
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Limoncello
• 1 teaspoon / 5 ml Simple syrup
• 1 teaspoon / 5 ml Lemon juice
