Ingredients

Highball

  • 1½–2 oz. / 45–60 ml Spirit (whiskey, gin, rum, tequila)
  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Lemon or Lime juice
  • ⅓–½ oz. / 10–15 ml Syrup or Liqueur
  • Top up with Soda water (2–3 oz. / 60–90 ml

Stone Sour

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Bourbon
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Apricot Brandy liqueur
  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Orange juice
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
  • Garnish with an Orange peel

Paloma

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Tequila
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Soda water

Alisa

  • 50 ml Gin
  • 20 ml Lychee liqueur
  • 20 ml Lemon-Lime juice
  • 70 ml Aloe Vera juice
  • 10 ml Simple syrup
  • Karkade and rose water ice cube
  • Garnish with a Mint sprig and Powdered sugar
  • Old fashioned glass, rimmed with Sumac

Sloe Gin & Tonic

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Dry Gin
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Sloe GIn
  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Lime juice
  • Top up with Tonic water

Fire & Brimstone

  • 2 slices Chili pepper
  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Mezcal
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Triple sec infused with Earl Grey tea
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Lime juice
  • ¼ oz. / 7 ml Agave Syrup
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters
  • Garnish with a Lime twist

Lemon Pie Deluxe

    Shaker #1

    • 2 oz. / 60 ml Advocaat Egg liqueur
    • ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla syrup

    Shaker #2

    • 1 Egg white
    • ½ oz. / 15 ml Limoncello
    • 1 teaspoon Simple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

    Dr. Americano

    • 1 oz. / 30 ml White sweet vermouth
    • 1 oz. / 30 ml Cream Sherry
    • 1 oz. / 30 ml Cynar bitter liqueur
    • 1 oz. / 30 ml Luxardo bitter liqueur
    • Top up with Club soda

    Apple Crush

    • 1 oz. / 30 ml Calvados (or Applejack)
    • 1 oz. / 30 ml Aperol (or other Aperitivo)
    • ½ oz. / 15 ml Homemade Apple syrup
    • ½ oz. / 15 ml Pumpkin spice syrup or a large pinch of pumpkin spice
    • Top up with 3 oz. / 90 ml Dry Hard Cider
    • Garnish with a Cinnamon stick
