Long Island Iced Tea, but better! Strong but tasty cocktails for those who want something similar to LIIT — not variations on the Long Island, but cocktails from the same category: long drinks with several types of alcohol, which doesn't really come out in the flavor.

Ingredients

Jungle Juice

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Vodka
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml White rum
  • ½ oz. / 15 ml Triple Sec
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Cranberry juice (sweetened)
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ½ oz. / 10 ml Simple syrup
  • Garnish with an Orange slice
  • Shake, Collins glass with ice

Rum & Coke from BlackTail Bar

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Cuban White Rum
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Cola reduction (or syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon Fernet Branca
  • Top up with 4-5 oz. / 120-150 ml Dry Sparkling wine
  • Garnish with Lemon peel
  • Old fashioned glass with ice

Long Fashioned

  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Tequia Anejo
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Barrel Aged Gin
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Aged Rum
  • 2-3 dashes Orange bitters
  • 2 teaspoons Maple syrup
  • Garnish with Lemon peel
  • Stir, Old fashioned glass with ice

Easy, Easy, Cowboy

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Brandy
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml White Rum
  • 1 oz. / 30 ml Peach Liqueur
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Lemon juice
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Simple syrup
  • 1⅔ oz. / 50 ml Earl Grey Tea
  • Garnish with Lemon peel
  • Shake, Highball glass with ice

Redneck

  • 1⅔ oz. / 50 ml Bourbon
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Cinnamon syrup
  • ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Lemon-Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Top up with 3-4 oz. / 90-120 ml Dry Hard Cider
  • Garnish with Fried Bacon strip
  • Stir, Highball glass with ice
