Girly Cocktails

Ingredients

Blue Hawaii

• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Light Rum
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Vodka
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Blue Curacao
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon juice
• 2½ oz. / 75 ml Pineapple juice
• Garnish with a Dried Pinepple slice
• Shake, Highball glass with ice

Pink Lady

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Gin
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Calvados or Applejack
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Grenadine
• 1 Egg White (or a couple Bubble drops)
• Garnish with c Maraschino cherry
• Shake, Cocktail glass

Rum Punch

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Light Rum
• 1 ½ oz. / 45 ml Dark Spiced Rum
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Pineapple juice
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Orange juice
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lime (or Lemon) juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Grenadine
• Garnish with a Maraschino cherry
• Shake, Sling glass with ice

Peppermint Kiss

• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Vodka
• ⅔ oz. / 20 ml Melon liqueur
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Clear Mint liqueur (40%)
• ⅓ oz. / 10 ml Lemon juice
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Pineapple juice
• Garnish with a Mint sprig
• Shake, Highball glass with ice

Banana Negroni

• 1 oz. / 30 ml Gin
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Campari
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Homemade Banana liqueur
• Garnish with an Orange peel
• Stir, Old fashioned glass with ice
