Blue Cocktails

Ingredients

Ocean Mist

• 2 oz. / 60 ml Tequila Blanco
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Apricot Brandy liqueur
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• A little pinch of Salt
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Blue Curacao
• 2 dashes Orange bitters
• Garnish with an Orange chip

Blue Mojito

• 4-6 Mint leaves
• 2 oz. / 60 ml White Rum
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Simple syrup
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Lime juice
• ¼ oz. / 7 ml Blue Curacao
• 2 oz. / 60 ml Soda water
• Garnish with a Mint sprig

Blue Water

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml White Rum
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Cr?me de Cacao
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Blue Cura?ao
• ¾ oz. / 22 ml Lime juice
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Pineapple juice

Blue Lagoon Spritz

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml Vodka
• 1 oz. / 30 ml Blue Curacao
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Lemon juice
• ½ oz. / 15 ml Simple syrup
• 2-3 oz. / 60–90 ml Soda water
• Garnish with a Lemon wheel
