How to make batched cocktails: Long Island Iced Tea, Blue Lagoon and Enzoni, that can be put in the fridge and then poured into glasses straight from the bottles without shaking or stirring. For those who are throwing a party but don't want to spend it behind a bar or going on an alcoholic camping trip.

Ingredients

  • 20-25 white seedless grapes
  • 4 oz. / 120 ml Gin
  • 4 oz. / 120 ml Campari or other Italian Red Bitter liqueur
  • 3 oz. / 90 ml Lemon juice
  • 1½ / 45 ml Rich simple syrup
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Water
  • Garnish with Skewered grapes when serving

Blue Lagoon

  • 8 oz. / 240 ml Vodka (or White rum)
  • 3 oz. / 90 ml Lemon juice
  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml Lime juice
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Rich Simple syrup
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Blue Curacao
  • Top up with Club soda when serving

Long Island Iced Tea

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Vodka
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Tequila
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Gin
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Rum
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Triple sec
  • 2½ oz. / 75 ml Lemon juice
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml Rich simple syrup
  • 2½ oz. / 75 ml Water
  • Top up with Coke when serving
